Responsibilities

Partner with Account Executives to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles with C-level executives

Create and demo custom environments based off of customer industry and line of business

Gather and relay customer feedback to internal stakeholders, and identify themes across customers to incorporate into product planning

Perform customer facing activities including creating and implementing customer success plans that outline goals, potential challenges, KPIs, and timelines

Lead discovery, map requirements to architectures, and deliver high-impact demos, POCs, and pilots

Required

2+ years of sales engineering, solution consulting, or similar role, preferably working with a technical enterprise product

Experience managing relationships with mid-market and/or large enterprise organizations

Ability to design and develop technical prototypes to validate concepts, demonstrate feasibility, and accelerate product development using state of the art AI tooling

Experience partnering with Account Executives to run technical deal cycles with Enterprise customers

Experience working with customers with multiple stakeholders, and managing success programs
