Responsibilities
Support the Global Technical Infrastructure (GTI) organization in all financial related activities
Serve as the financial controller for centralized CAPEX investments, partnering with business and procurement teams to streamline processes and improve tracking of budgets versus actual spending
Perform controlling and reporting of Altair and Dotmatics operating and integration expenses within GTI
Manage multiple global stakeholders in complex, cross functional environments
Conduct financial analysis of actuals, forecasts, and budgets
Lead special projects and perform targeted analysis within the R&D environment
Plan and guide short and long term financial objectives
Maintain and implement corporate financial policies and procedures
Identify opportunities to improve cost positions and drive execution
Ensure timely, accurate, and insightful analysis of business results
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business
5+ years of professional experience in Finance, ideally within DISW
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Oracle Essbase; solid knowledge of Oracle Hyperion Planning and SAP
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Strong interest in automating recurring tasks and reports; experience with Microsoft Power Apps (e.g., Power BI) or similar tools (e.g., Knime, Qlik)
Knowledge of budgeting, accounting transactions, and financial analysis processes
