Responsibilities
FSO requirements for a TOP SECRET level facility
Document control, visit requests, and inspection support
Creating and maintaining documents such as Self-Inspection Checklists, SOPs, CONOPs, etc
Administering security indoctrination briefings, refresher trainings and debriefings
Provide training and awareness on emergency response protocols, and safety guidelines
Oversight for secure builds
Maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation related to security incidents, audits, and training activities
Assist in the development and enforcement of security policies and procedures
Contribute to the Corporate Security program through the completion of individual security assignments
Coordination of physical security systems such as access control and alarm systems
Perform Information System Security Manager (ISSM) tasks to include support of computer audits, virus definitions, and back-ups
Qualification
Required
U.S. Citizenship Required
This position will require a current TOP SECRET clearance
Candidate must be SAP and SCI eligible
Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial security environment
Well-developed communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees, management, and external stakeholders
Strong customer service orientation
Able to adapt to new tasks and meet challenging timelines
The ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and problem solve
Proficient with Windows applications
Security + Certification
Excellent writing skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
CPSO experience and knowledge of ICD 705 / TEMPEST special facility construction is desired in order to support future requirements
