Responsibilities
Support the Creative Director in developing multi-platform campaigns
Design branded materials such as flyers, reports, signage, and presentations; must be a layout designer
Video editing and reel creation for a all social media campaigns using Premiere Pro and After Effects
Collaborate with writers, project managers, and marketing team members to deliver effective, visually consistent campaigns
Maintain brand consistency across all touch points
Manage creative assets, templates, and libraries
Stay up to date with industry best practices and visual trends
Participate in brainstorming and creative review sessions
Qualification
Required
Minimum two to three years of professional experience using Adobe InDesign (print design)
Minimum two to three years of professional experience using Premiere Pro (video editing)
Minimum two to three years of professional experience using After Effects (motion graphics and animations)
Bachelor's degree in graphic design
Portfolio that demonstrates high-level design thinking and execution
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Passion for purpose-driven, community-focused work
Preferred
Agency and/or public sector experience
