Recruit within the US
Understand the needs and then build a plan backwards to do that
Work with the direct/ indirect customer
Reaching out to candidates
Accepted to share learnings
Cold calling
Phone screen scheduled per week 36
5-7 in person interviews
Qualification
Required
5+ years min: technical recruiting in high volume
Understand GOAL driven environment
High volume
Recruiting experience within Tech
Preferred
Experience with more technical SDE recruiting
Degree: AA/ BA
Technical (Boolean searches)
