Responsibilities
Support, manage, and optimize enterprise data and voice network infrastructure
Apply advanced network engineering and security best practices to ensure high availability and performance
Perform complex troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution
Monitor and maintain network systems to ensure reliability and scalability
Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders in an onsite, in-person environment
Provide after-hours support as needed and travel to Freeport and Brunswick, Maine locations
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience as a Network Engineer / Systems Engineer
Strong expertise in networking and network security
Proven experience managing enterprise-level data and voice networks
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
