Process reservations for hotel, limo, show, cabana, golf, restaurant, amenity, etc
Update and send daily Limo, Room Food Beverage/Room Food Limited, & VIP reports
Post outside show charges onto guests folios
Assist Casino Host/ Player Development Executive via email and phone throughout the day with various requests for casino guests
Interact with various departments Box office, VIP, Room Service, etc
Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested
Qualification
Required
Excellent customer service skills required
Availability to work varied shifts including nights, holidays, and weekends
Analytical, problem solving, administrative, multi-tasking, organization and prioritization skill
Ability to work in a fast paced and stressful environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), fluent English and articulate
Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications required
Minimum age requirement is 21
