Senior Project Manager
EMCOR Facilities Services manages and supports over 1 billion square feet of facilities space for leading organizations. The Senior Project Manager will plan, direct, and coordinate activities of assigned projects to ensure client and company goals are accomplished.

Responsibilities
Manage large projects and/or client programs. Develop scope, identify qualified vendors, and coordinate bid packages for multiple bidders and disciplines. Compile bids and present to owner with award recommendations. Develop project, or program, budget and submit to owner for approval. After award, oversee and document efforts of contractors to ensure client goals are achieved. Ensure proper documents are used throughout the project including appropriate contracts, meeting notes, and close-out manuals. Provide progress updates to client management as requested

Qualification
Required
Undergraduate degree in related field (Engineering, Construction Management), or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 10 years of Project Management experience specific to the construction field
Technical construction project management
Financial management, including accruals and budgeting
Vendor management
PMI Certification required
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret construction specifications, drawings, and government regulations
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, construction procedures, and employee reviews
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and e-mail communication
Strong written and verbal communication skills required
Senior Project Manager must possess excellent verbal, written, and personal communication skills
Must be proficient at completing estimates, financial reports, schedules, client updates, associate reviews, and company reports
Must be able to read and understand construction drawings, specifications, requests for information (RFI's), local, state, and national construction regulations, contracts, invoices, financial forecasts, and other pertinent construction documents
Ability to counsel, coach, motivate, and provide constructive feedback to other team members
Comfortable presenting information, proposals, and updates to clients and upper management
Expertise in building relationships with stakeholders
Preferred
LEED Associate, State General Contacting Licenses, or professional construction affiliations a plus
