Responsibilities
Develop Test Plans: Designs and implements comprehensive test strategies to evaluate product functionality and performance against specifications
Execute Testing Procedures: Conducts systematic testing activities to identify defects and ensure compliance with quality standards
Analyze Test Data: Interprets test results to assess product reliability and recommends appropriate improvements
Collaborate with Engineering Teams: Works closely with design and development teams to resolve technical issues and enhance product quality
Provide Technical Support: Offers informal guidance and assistance to junior team members to promote knowledge sharing and team effectiveness
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Technical/Engineering Field or 8 years of relevant work experience
Demonstrates expertise in relevant testing tools and technologies essential for executing complex engineering tests
Proficiency in NI LabVIEW and NI Test Stand applications
Experience in design/development and implementation of test systems in a production environment
Analyzes and resolves moderately complex technical issues using established methodologies and best practices
Understands key business drivers and leverages this knowledge to align testing activities with company objectives
Effectively conveys complex technical information in a straightforward manner to team members and stakeholders
Builds and maintains productive working relationships with internal and external teams to support project goals
Provides informal guidance to new team members, facilitating their integration and development within the team
Evaluates technical data and testing scenarios to identify optimal solutions and improve testing processes
Follows established policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in all testing activities
Maintains a strong commitment to quality, impacting the work of self and others to achieve high standards in testing deliverables
Develops a deep understanding of customer needs and processes to tailor testing strategies that meet their requirements
Preferred
Knowledge of industrial products/systems including Turbomachinery or Reciprocating Engine applications
