This role focuses on developing high-quality, compliant proposals and marketing materials in response to RFPs and RFQs across public and private sector clients.

Responsibilities
Support the full proposal lifecycle in collaboration with the Marketing Specialist, from kickoff through submission
Research and track potential RFP and RFQ opportunities on a daily basis
Review and analyze solicitation documents to identify requirements, deadlines, and proposal strategy
Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and internal stakeholders to gather technical and project-specific content
Write, edit, format, and finalize proposals, qualifications packages, and marketing materials
Revise proposal sections based on internal review feedback
Proofread and edit all proposal materials to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency
Maintain and update client contact lists and internal marketing databases
Assist with general marketing and proposal-related administrative tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in proposal writing, marketing, or a similar role (civil engineering or engineering consulting experience preferred)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign (required)
Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to understand and clearly communicate technical information
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
civil engineering or engineering consulting experience
