Supervisor- SDR Team

The Associate Sales Development Manager (ASDM) is responsible for leading and developing a team of Sales Development Representatives while driving results and ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Responsibilities

Supervise, train, coach, and evaluate SDRs to drive consistent performance and professional growth
Lead daily team meetings, role plays, and ongoing training sessions
Serve as a mentor and resource for SDRs, providing real-time feedback and performance coaching
Manage performance for in-office, remote, and offshore team members through regular coaching and syncs
Own daily lead distribution and outbound lead-generation efforts
Actively participate in outbound prospecting for mid-sized agencies and large brokerages
Partner with Sales Operations and Marketing to optimize lead quality, messaging, and conversion
Serve as the liaison between the SDR team and Sales leadership
Analyze production metrics and sales goal data on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Review team output for accuracy, quality, and proper execution
Maintain and update new-hire scripts, outbound messaging, and best-practices documentation
Ensure all FCCs are scheduled or rescheduled within a 48-hour business window
Maintain compliance with company policies, practices, and procedures
Handle shifting priorities, deadlines, and operational demands with consistency and focus
Participate in proactive initiatives to achieve departmental and company-wide goals
Perform additional duties as assigned to support team success

Required

One of the following: Associate degree (2-year), Specialized certification or licensing, Completion of relevant training programs, or Equivalent job-specific experience or apprenticeship
3–5 years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or a related leadership role
Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications
Proven ability to analyze performance metrics and sales data
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Operates within established procedures while exercising moderate discretion
Handles complex situations by analyzing data, weighing outcomes, and referencing precedent
Decisions are made within defined parameters and may be reviewed by leadership
Frequent interaction with SDRs, Sales leadership, Marketing, and Operations
Skilled in conflict resolution, relationship-building, and influencing outcomes
Maintains confidentiality, professionalism, and diplomacy at all times
This is a sedentary role requiring sitting, reaching, talking, hearing, and visual acuity
Occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs
Business-casual, energetic office environment
Office atmosphere may be lively and fast-paced
Minimal (less than 5%). Occasional overnight travel may be required to support events
