Responsibilities
Program and operate multi-axis CNC machines to maximize throughput and efficiency
Review production schedules and create CNC programs for scheduled work
Ensure proper tooling, materials, and setups are available and used efficiently
Machine parts to exact specifications and tight tolerances
Monitor job progress and communicate completion times or conflicts to leadership
Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase utilization and throughput
Perform basic preventative maintenance on assigned machines
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area
Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to meet production goals
Qualification
Required
3–5 years experience as a CNC Operator / Programmer
Hands-on multi-axis machining experience strongly required
Ability to program, set up, and run CNC equipment independently
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-precision manufacturing environment
Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and problem-solve
Team-oriented with strong communication skills
