Responsibilities
Manage land and fiber leases and contracts using lease administration software, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all agreements
Review, audit, and process monthly lease payments including rent, utilities, taxes, operating expenses, and other costs with precision and timeliness
Resolve payment escalations and discrepancies using sound judgment, data-driven analysis, and a long-term perspective on vendor relationships
Track and report on critical dates, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and other essential metrics to maintain operational excellence
Create and own business-critical reports, including document abstractions, financial obligations tracking, and portfolio health dashboards
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure lease administration tools and reporting capabilities scale with business growth
Qualification
Required
3+ years of program or project management experience
1+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
3+ years of property management, asset management, portfolio management and/or real estate financial analysis experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 1+ years of professional experience
Experience in data analysis and reporting
Proficiency with lease administration software and financial tracking systems
Preferred
5+ years of program or project Management experience
Experience managing medium to large-scale projects
Experience implementing process improvements
Knowledge of commercial real estate leasing, fiber optic agreements, or telecommunications infrastructure
Strong attention to detail with a track record of maintaining accuracy in high-volume transaction environments
