CRM Manager
Air Distribution Technologies, Inc. is seeking a CRM Manager to oversee the operation and strategic enhancement of the SugarCRM platform. The role involves managing CRM processes, aligning capabilities with business goals, and serving as a liaison between business teams and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and IT to understand business needs and translate them into scalable CRM solutions
Support Sales leadership in optimizing opportunity management, forecasting workflows, and territory alignment in Sugar Sell
Establish and enforce CRM operational standards, best practices, and documentation guidelines
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and strong user experience across the CRM ecosystem
Lead administration of SugarCRM across Sell, Serve, and Market, including configuration, module customization, and user/role management
Oversee development and optimization of automations using SugarBPM, workflows, and process definitions
Manage upgrades, release cycles, and environment governance across production and sandbox instances
Ensure system reliability, performance stability, and compliance with internal IT and security policies
Enable Customer Service leadership with improved case workflows, SLAs, queues, and reporting built through Sugar Serve
Work with Marketing teams to align Sugar Market workflows, lead scoring, segmentation, and integration to the CRM
Maintain data integrity, deduplication standards, and data hygiene processes across all modules
Define reporting frameworks and develop dashboards for KPIs, pipeline visibility, case performance, campaign outcomes, and executive insights
Implement and monitor data governance rules in alignment with compliance standards (GDPR, CCPA, internal policy)
Lead medium‑to‑large CRM projects such as enhancements, integrations, migrations, and process redesigns
Manage project timelines, risk mitigation, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication
Coordinate with SugarCRM Support, Premier Support, and consulting partners on escalations or complex enhancements
Evaluate and oversee third‑party integrations, plug‑ins, and marketplace apps
Develop training programs, onboarding material, and internal user documentation
Serve as the escalation point for complex user issues or system challenges
Promote CRM adoption through ongoing communication, office hours, and training initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in information systems or similar required
7 years of hands‑on CRM administration experience required
Experience working with SugarCRM Studio, Module Builder, SugarBPM, Teams/Roles/ACLs, and system configuration
Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and service workflows and how they translate within SugarCRM
Experience managing small to mid‑sized teams or leading cross‑functional workstreams
Ability to lead projects, gather requirements, and produce clearly documented business and technical specifications
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills
Preferred
Previous experience leading a SugarCRM implementation preferred
SugarCRM certifications (Admin Specialist or Developer Specialist) preferred
Experience with REST APIs, basic scripting, or middleware tools (Boomi, MuleSoft, Zapier) preferred
Experience with larger multi‑region or multi‑instance SugarCRM deployments
Experience in revenue operations, sales operations, customer support operations, or related disciplines
