Senior LevelWenzell & Fisher Hospitality Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Task Force Chief Engineer to lead and oversee engineering operations within their task force based in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate will manage the engineering team and ensure the successful execution of complex technical initiatives through strategic planning and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage the engineering team within the task force to deliver high-quality technical solutions
Develop and implement engineering strategies aligned with organizational goals and project requirements
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of engineering tasks
Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of engineering projects
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering staff
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans
Report regularly to senior management on engineering status, challenges, and achievements
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Task Force Chief Engineer or in a similar senior engineering leadership role
Strong knowledge of engineering principles, project management, and team leadership
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
Preferred
advanced degree preferred
Relevant certifications or licenses are a plus
