Program Supervisor - Mental Health Supervisor

Yamhill County is seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join their Adult Behavioral Health division as a Mental Health Supervisor. This role involves directing, coordinating, evaluating, and managing programs and services while providing clinical and administrative supervision to staff.

Responsibilities

Direct, coordinate, evaluate, and manage organizational efforts in planning and implementation of division’s programs and services
Collaborate with the team to assess program effectiveness
Identify areas for improvement and provide training to department staff or other agencies
Provide clinical and administrative supervision to a diverse staff
Work closely with the Program Manager to ensure alignment with community needs and regulatory standards
Foster a positive and supportive team environment

Required

Master's Degree in a related field
Five years of relevant experience with progressive responsibilities in program administration or supervision
Graduate level course work and training may be substituted for up to two years' experience
Must be credentialed as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP)

Preferred

Credentialed as a LCSW with two years of experience
Bilingual in English and Spanish
