Finance & Operations Analyst
Travelpro Products, Inc. is seeking a Finance & Operations Analyst to support both the Finance and Operations departments with reporting, analysis, and insights. The role involves preparing financial reports, performing analyses, and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes.

Responsibilities
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Perform analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
Support budgeting and forecasting processes
Assist with freight and duty analysis
Support the weekly cashflow process
Maintain and improve reporting tools, KPI’s, spreadsheets, and databases
Prepare ad hoc reports and analyses for management to support decision-making
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
1–2 years of relevant experience (internships, co-ops, or prior analyst roles a plus)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic modeling, large data sets)
Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Teams, Powerpoint)
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and present insights clearly
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain information to multiple stakeholders
Work Ethic: Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Team Player: Collaborative mindset with willingness to work across finance and operations
Equipment: PC Computer or Laptop
Preferred
Experience with financial systems/ERP software preferred (e.g., JD Edwards, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)
SQL (or database), PowerBI, Business Intelligence software knowledge a plus
