Responsibilities
Serve as a subject-matter expert in QuickBooks Online, navigating the platform with confidence and efficiency
Process monthly billing cycles that may include producing up to 400 invoices within a two-day period
Communicate professionally with customers and colleagues by phone, email, and in person
Represent the company positively in every interaction, upholding our values and reputation
Maintain focus and high performance during scheduled work hours (36 hours per week), while fully disengaging outside of those hours
Collaborate closely with teammates and contribute to a culture of accountability and mutual respect
Qualification
Required
Highly organized and self-directed professional
Experience in fast-paced accounting operations
Ownership and autonomy in work
Ability to deliver accurate, high-volume work
Professional representation of the company
Subject-matter expert in QuickBooks Online
Ability to process monthly billing cycles, including producing up to 400 invoices within a two-day period
