8+ years expOPEN OFFICE is a multifaceted design studio with a focus on the built environment. They are seeking a Senior Project Architect/Designer who will lead the management and production needs of multiple projects from design through construction administration.

Responsibilities
Leading the management and production needs of multiple projects from design through construction administration
Effective in communicating with project teams and consultants
Identify and execute the tasks required to meet projects schedules
Qualification
Required
Accredited professional or graduate degree in architecture
Min 8 years of relevant experience in all levels of design and documentation
Revit and Auto Cad knowledge required
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Sketchup
Knowledge of building construction types, systems, assemblies, and detailing
Knowledge of local building codes and jurisdictional requirements
Organized and capable of handling multiple projects and tasks at the same time
Able to adapt to shifting schedules while meeting deadlines and maintaining project quality
Strong communication skills required
Preferred
Experience in High End Single-Family and Townhouse projects preferred
Licensure preferred, but not required
