Responsibilities
Troubleshoot electrical control systems to ensure safe and reliable operation
Fabricate control panels that meet both internal expectations and UL508A requirements
Assist in the design of control panels to meet customer specifications and project requirements
Close collaboration with team members to support clear communication and production timelines
The ability to build and provide customers with quotes
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
Read, interpret, and work from electrical schematics, drawings, and technical documentation
Qualification
Required
3+ years experience wiring and assembly of industrial control panels
Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical and technical equipment issues
Ability to communicate effectively with peers, outside contractors, and manufacturing technical assistance instruction
Experience wiring transformers, drives, relays, PLCs
Experience with high (480V-AC) and Low (24V-DC) circuits
Experience with detailed ECAD schematics, bill of materials, and UL508A panel design
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Proficiency with common hand and power tools
Self-Motivated, focused, and results oriented
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics
Demonstrated technical problem-solving and communication skills
Be located within or near Nashville/Smyrna, Tennessee or surrounding areas
Preferred
Experience in wastewater system controls or a related industry is an advantage
