Responsibilities
Design responsive marketing websites for desktop and mobile
Create site structures, page layouts, wireframes, prototypes and final designs
Work with clients to understand goals, content and audiences and turn those inputs into effective page designs
Present design work internally and to clients and clearly explain your decisions
Partner with project managers to define scope, requirements and deliverables
Collaborate closely with developers to ensure designs are built accurately
Contribute ideas that improve clarity, usability and visual impact
Qualification
Required
3-5+ years of professional web or UI design experience (internships excluded)
Experience designing marketing or brand websites
Comfort leading and participating in client conversations and presentations
Ability to manage your own work while staying aligned with team priorities
Strong visual design fundamentals, especially layout, hierarchy and typography
Experience designing flexible page systems and responsive layouts
Solid understanding of current web design patterns, standards and trends
Strong proficiency in Figma
Excellent typography and grid layout skills
Experience working on macOS
Basic HTML and CSS knowledge
General understanding of SEO and content-driven design
Experience designing accessible, standards-compliant websites
Preferred
Bonus points if you're bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese
