Territory Sales Manager

They are seeking a Territory Sales Manager responsible for developing client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and promoting their product portfolio while collaborating with marketing and operations teams.

Developing relationships with clients
Maintaining existing accounts
Identifying new sales opportunities
Promoting Southwind Floors’ product portfolio
Creating sales plans
Meeting targets
Providing product education to customers
Working in close collaboration with the marketing and operations teams
Qualification
Required
Sales and client relationship management experience, including identifying customer needs and closing deals
Strong understanding of hard surface flooring and carpet products, as well as industry trends
Proficiency in creating sales strategies and meeting revenue goals
Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and travel as required
High-level organizational and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Experience in the flooring, construction, or similar industries
Industry experience in flooring or a related field
