Growth Operations Assistant (Sales Operations)

The Growth Operations Assistant will support sales operations by ensuring strong process discipline, excellent documentation, and coordination of RFP activities, playing a key role in enhancing the quality of client interactions and bid responses.

Responsibilities
Own sales operations processes and practice across the business
Embed sales excellence across engagement managers and sales teams
Manage opportunity and pipeline processes in Salesforce, ensuring KPIs, hygiene, and rules of engagement are upheld
Provide sales admin support, including preparing templates, decks, and client communications
Own CRM and sales processes (in collaboration with stakeholders) to ensure systems meet business needs
Conduct market scanning and monitor channels like GETS for relevant tender opportunities
Coordinate the end‑to‑end bid lifecycle including timelines, actions, Q&A tracking, and compliance
Qualification
Required
Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM platform; comfortable managing pipeline data
Experience supporting RFPs, tenders, bids, or professional sales/pitch responses
Exceptionally strong organisational skills, stakeholder management, managing deadlines, and ensuring follow-through
Excellent written skills with a strong eye for detail: proofreading, formatting, document preparation
Able to manage multiple workstreams and maintain high quality across operations, communications, and documentation
