Responsibilities
Develop client-ready materials including presentations, product summaries, updates, and other written content
Translate complex investment topics into concise messaging for sophisticated audiences
Support communication efforts for new strategies, product enhancements, and firm initiatives
Work closely with investment and client-facing teams to gather information and refine narratives
Assist with updates to digital channels such as email campaigns, online content, and webinar materials
Maintain consistent brand standards across all documents and communication pieces
Track engagement metrics and provide insights to help improve future marketing efforts
Collaborate with compliance reviewers to ensure all content meets required guidelines
Organize and maintain marketing libraries, version controls, and timelines
Coordinate with external creative partners as needed
Qualification
Required
5–8 years of experience in investment marketing, asset management communications, alternative investments, or a similar financial industry role
Strong understanding of private equity, private credit, or other private market concepts
Excellent writing, editing, and information‑synthesis skills
Experience producing professional materials for client or institutional audiences
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, communications, economics, or a related field
Ability to work onsite in Baltimore, MD
Preferred
Familiarity with CRM or marketing technology platforms is helpful
