Responsibilities
Delivering clear, accurate monthly financial analysis and performance reporting for assigned Members
Building and maintaining budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections that support Member decision-making
Translating complex financial data into practical insights, recommendations, and scenario analysis for business owners
Supporting CFO advisory engagements by preparing reports, schedules, and presentations for Members and internal teams
Leveraging BI and analytics tools to improve reporting efficiency, visibility, and insight quality
Building trusted relationships with Members through responsive communication and reliable follow-through
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in a finance-related role
At least 1 year of hands-on experience in FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Direct experience building and maintaining cash flow projections
Strong financial analysis, data interpretation, and problem-solving skills
Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities
Experience using business intelligence or analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to non-financial audiences
Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Preferred
Exposure to multiple industries and business models
Experience in a client-facing, advisory, or consulting-style environment
Familiarity with scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and executive-level reporting
Comfort working in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment
