Inside Sales Representative (Specialty Lines)
People's Trust Insurance Company is seeking an Inside Sales Representative who will act as the primary liaison between the company and prospective partner agencies. The role involves outreach to independent insurance agencies, training agents on product offerings, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling.

Responsibilities
Execute high-volume outreach to independent insurance agencies for flood insurance and other ancillary product offerings (jewelry, life, pet, etc.)
Train agents on how to effortlessly attach our ancillary products to their existing business, as well as using our proprietary quoting platform
Teach agents how to spot opportunities for cross-selling to grow their book
Identify agencies that have been appointed but aren't quoting for outreach call projects to increase production
Qualification
Required
Display strong interpersonal and Customer Service skills, both written and verbal
Work effectively with minimum supervision
Interact with people of all types and personalities
Effectively multitask by prioritizing and assisting with a wide range of duties
Comfortable on phone and video call
Strong written and verbal communication
Excellent time management and attention to detail
Problem-solving and independent judgment
Initiative, flexibility, and adaptability
Positive, professional, and friendly demeanor
Preferred
Active 20-44 Personal Lines Agent or 02-20 General Lines Agent License
2+ years of Inside Sales or Business Development experience (Insurance industry preferred)
Experience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
