Marketing Solutions Specialist - EN/FR Bilingual

Responsibilities
Act as Subject Matter expert regarding processes and procedures and provide assistance to Senior Team Lead (Sr.TL) and Team
Process, quality check, and escalate PHQ’s, Money Back Guarantee (MBG) claims
Follow up / issue or process MBG reinstatements after claim approved for payment, including Mechanical claims
Outbound call campaigns - white glove service to top dealers
FRAC Claims
PHQ process / maintain forms / maintain approval process chart
Escalate program or operational issues to management team with appropriate solutions
Document and communicate program or process issues to management team
Prepare and manage various reports if needed
Analytical ability to review information for quality verification
Problem solving and appropriate escalation/communication
Maintain and work within deliverable dates and timelines
Seek out opportunities to leverage best practices to meet requirements in an efficient and effective manner
Develop and maintain relationships with Sr.TL and management team
Research and respond to Dealer inquiries as appropriate
Work independently with little or no direction to complete tasks
Flexibility in schedule to proactively accommodate shift in business needs without advanced notice
This position requires a high level of confidentiality in all duties
