Responsibilities
Manage and execute month-end and year-end closing processes
Prepare and review accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in compliance with U.S. GAAP
Ensure full compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and relevant regulatory standards
Perform and review account reconciliations for various general ledger accounts
Lead efforts in preparing for financial audits by gathering documentation and preparing necessary schedules
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements that streamline accounting operations and enhance accuracy
Assist with financial analysis and reporting to support strategic business decisions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Accounting strongly preferred)
3-5 years of progressive accounting experience
CPA required or actively pursuing CPA certification
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and other regulatory standards
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail
A proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
