Responsibilities
Drive the organic growth strategy across LinkedIn, Glassdoor, YouTube, X (Twitter), TikTok, and Reddit
Develop a content ecosystem that speaks authentically to the clinician experience, positioning our brands as the premier destination for career development
Partner with our leadership team to amplify their voices, turning them into industry thought leaders who attract top-tier talent
Create and manage a content calendar that moves potential candidates from initial discovery to active applicants
Support the optimization of our /careers and /students pathways across all portfolio websites to ensure a seamless, high-converting user experience
Engage deeply in digital PT communities, acting as a peer and advocate rather than a corporate voice
Build and maintain sophisticated dashboards to track growth, engagement, and recruitment velocity
Use enterprise social analytics and web data to report on ROI, providing the CGO with actionable insights to lower cost-per-applicant and increase applicant volume
Define how social content contributes to our broader growth goals, ensuring every initiative is measurable
Independently shoot and edit high-quality video content and design rapid assets when needed
Manage workflows with our design and development partners, ensuring high-velocity output and brand consistency across the portfolio
Project manage your own work, timelines, and priorities. You are the CEO of your own domain
Qualification
Required
4–7+ years in Digital Growth, Enterprise Social Media, or Content Marketing
Deep experience with Enterprise Social Analytics, CMS platforms, and Data Visualization tools (e.g., GA4, Looker Studio, or Tableau)
You understand how to connect 'awareness' content to 'conversion' funnels
Proven ability to produce and edit social-first video content and simple graphic design
A passion for the physical therapy profession and a desire to help clinicians thrive in their careers
