Verizon Wireless Small Business Account Manager

Your Wireless is a Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer, looking to grow in 2025. They are seeking a Wireless Small Business Account Manager responsible for managing Salesforce, engaging with VZ campaigns, driving small business results, and acquiring new accounts through prospecting and networking.

Responsibilities

Managing Salesforce, prospecting, and engaging with VZ campaigns daily
Leading call blitzes, reviewing performance with leadership, and tracking sales progress
Meeting sales targets, leading 1:1 meetings with District Managers, and providing region-wide updates
Introducing small and medium business customers to the latest high tech 5G products and services
Driving small business results through the retail channel by partnering with and mentoring Consumer Retail Sales Representatives
Growing customer base by acquiring and retaining accounts in the small business segment
Utilizing solutions-based selling techniques to solve business problems for customers
Outbound sales prospecting and customer visits
Servicing the needs of the existing customer base
Using sales enablement systems and tools to track, forecast, manage pipeline and book of business

Required

3+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment, preferably with Verizon Wireless or other wireless business where you managed a team of people for performance
1 year or more of outside sales experience
3+ years of experience in a retail sales environment
Proven ability to lead, coach and inspire the employees and people around you
Highschool Diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
Spanish Bilingual is a plus
Ability to understand, explain, and breakdown behaviors to drive key performance metrics
Highly proficient with technology including cellular devices, computers, point of sale systems, Microsoft office suite
Proof of achievement in prior sales roles and leadership roles is required
Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology and products, and customer service
Ability to travel to our various locations in your assigned district as our business needs dictate
Be self-motivated and goal oriented
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule
Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US
