Responsibilities
Learn all aspects of strategic and operational pricing and how they impact Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations
Implement established processes to ensure accurate costing and pricing across Direct Supply systems
Leverage AI and technology to improve workflows and boost efficiency
Input, audit, and maintain pricing information in Excel, Access, SQL, and internal systems
Communicate pricing data needs across multiple departments and coordinate updates as necessary
Support partners with costing and pricing inquiries across systems
Maintain and revise internal documentation and training materials
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Economics, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field, with expected graduation in May 2028 or later
Ability to work part-time (15–20 hours/week) during the school year and full-time (40 hours/week) during the summer
Completed coursework or project experience in a data-rich environment and an interest in using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to solve business problems
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large data sets using tools like Excel
Experience using generative AI tools to support decision-making and drive process improvement

Preferred
Exposure to SQL or Python
Familiarity with Excel Macros or VBA
Interest in pricing or data operations work in a tech-driven environment
