Responsibilities
Manage briefing logistics including room reservations, catering, attendee registration, and other onsite requirements for up to sixteen briefings per month
Improve, and in some cases, develop standard operating procedures
Create mechanisms and drive efficiencies to execute tasks at scale
Utilize exceptional communication skills to set appropriate expectations with internal and external stakeholders throughout the briefing planning process
Qualification
Required
Experience managing multiple projects, prioritizing, planning, and managing time
Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation
Experience using project management tools and technology platforms
2+ years of professional experience in event coordination, logistics management, or customer-facing operations
Preferred
Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment
Experience working in a customer-facing environment
Knowledge of AWS services
Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
