Accounting Specialist
Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Prepare and review client billing statements and trust account reconciliations
Ensure compliance with legal industry accounting standards and regulations
Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Collaborate with attorneys and administrative staff on billing and accounting matters
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of accounting experience within a law firm
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong knowledge of trust accounting and legal billing procedures
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
