Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional groups to successfully implement new features and updates across adobe.com websites
Act as the Agile project manager for your squad. Lead daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions. Coordinate workflows and prioritize the backlog to ensure focus on the most impactful work
Partner with International Production Lead to manage publishing capacity and ensure timely delivery of quality results to business partners
Be an active member of the Global Web Production team, helping to drive standards for publishing and business collaboration
Engage with regional and international partners to ensure global and local needs are met on Adobe.com
Proactively determine opportunities to optimize Adobe.com across its pages and configurations

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Enterprise Experience: 3–5 years of web production experience, specifically within complex, matrixed organizations
CMS Mastery: Expertise in working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar enterprise content management systems (CMS)
Technical Proficiency: You speak the language of engineering. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, XML, and JavaScript is essential for troubleshooting and rapid prototyping
Mobile-First Approach: A proven track record of building and optimizing responsive, mobile-first experiences
Composure Under Fire: The ability to navigate competing priorities and tight deadlines with grace and precision
