Responsibilities
Fabricate, assemble, and using standard hand/power tools and precision instruments
Maintain accurate buyoffs of completed work, inspections, and non-conformances
Collaborate with engineers to suggest design changes and process improvements
Ensure compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, and configuration control
Qualification
Required
Experience with composites
Must have the ability to read and understand drawings, blueprints, and technical data
Must have 1 or more years of experience using tools such as torque wrenches, countersinks, drills, deburring tools, and calibrated equipment, Lock gauges, micrometer, drilling
Must have strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and good communication with teammates
Preferred
Mechanical Experience is a plus (Automotive or Drilling)
Certifications (A&P), specialty training or equivalent experience are desirable
