Help Desk Support Specialist
The Forum Group is an IT Managed Services Provider seeking a Level 1 Help Desk Technician. The role involves providing Tier 1 IT support for multiple client organizations, troubleshooting various technical issues, and delivering customer-focused support.
Responsibilities
Provide Tier 1 / Level 1 IT support for multiple client organizations
Handle inbound support requests via phone, email, chat, and ticketing system
Troubleshoot common desktop, laptop, software, and basic network issues
Support Windows environments
Perform password resets, user onboarding/offboarding, and access requests
Assist with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
Set up, image, and deploy workstations
Accurately document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system
Deliver professional, customer-focused support to end users
Qualification
Required
0–2 years of IT help desk, service desk, or technical support experience. Internships acceptable
Interest in working in an MSP or multi-client environment
Intermediate understanding of Windows OS, Office 365, and general IT troubleshooting
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt quickly
Willingness to learn new tools and technologies
Must be able to work in the US, no visa restrictions or sponsorship requirements
