Director - Technical Project Management

Responsibilities

Serve as the single point of contact for delivery of Digital (Automation and IT) scope in support of very large capital projects (> $1 billion total capital investment)
Partner with stakeholders in the business, GES, Quality, and Digital Manufacturing Division Product Teams to ensure that projects are correctly scoped and delivered with appropriate technology and qualification standards
Report project status to management and other stakeholder groups
Accountable for finance, staffing, and delivery of the end-to-end scope from FEL2 through OQ, typically in the range of 6-8% of the overall capital project spend

Required

Bachelor's degree Engineering, Computer Science, or other technical degree
12 or more years of experience in project management/automation/IT support required
Experience using Emerson DeltaV system required
Excellent understanding of cGMP's, GAMP5 and SDLC methodologies, and LEAN/our Company's Production System /Agile principles
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and define business problems, develop business cases, and identify appropriate process and technological solutions is essential
Proven facilitation, meeting/workshop management, project management and change management skills are essential
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including strong presentation skills

Preferred

Master's degree in Computer Science or related field/MBA
AGILE code development experience
