Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Responsibilities
Owns the development and execution of customer lifecycle strategies and GTM plans for digital sales customers, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable impact
Leads and influences cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, eCommerce, Business Units, Customer Solutions, agencies) to prioritize initiatives, allocate resources, and deliver integrated marketing programs
Obtains and maintains an in-depth understanding of both existing and emerging customer needs, competitive trends and industry drivers that impact assigned customer segments
Analyzes customer journeys, churn signals and campaign performance to identify opportunities for retention, growth, and capturing a greater share of a customers' purchases
Leverages analytics and reporting tools to track KPIs, generate actionable insights, and inform strategic and tactical decisions
Champions a data-driven approach to test, learn and iterate marketing programs, adapting quickly to changing priorities and market conditions
Manages and enhances customer loyalty and engagement programs, using voice-of-customer (VOC) and market insights to drive retention
Supports the MSC brand by ensuring consistency across deployed tactics and on digital platforms with adherence to brand standards including voice, identity and tone
Fosters the MSC Culture within the department and throughout the company to ensure fulfillment of MSC's vision and unity of purpose
Participates in special projects and performs additional duties as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or the equivalent experience is required
Minimum of five years of marketing experience, with at least two years managing integrated marketing programs or campaigns
Experience developing customer acquisition and retention strategies based on business goals and customer insights
Proven success in developing, executing and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Experience managing projects and working with cross-functional teams
Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, market conditions, and organizational needs while maintaining focus on delivering results
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
Ability to clearly articulate strategies and plans to ensure alignment and understanding across cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Strong organizational and project management skills
Experience managing forecasts and budgets
Ability to work with and influence stakeholders across the organization
Preferred
A valid driver's license may be required
Position requires travel on an as needed basis
This position may require access to International Traffic in Arms Regulations Information (“ITAR”) and/or Controlled Unclassified Information (“CUI”)
