Strategic Account Executive
Titan Advanced Energy Solutions, headquartered in Salem, MA, develops revolutionary, ultrasound-based battery cell inspection systems. The Strategic Account Executive will cultivate and manage senior relationships at key target accounts, navigate complex multinational organizations, and engage in strategic discussions to further develop Titan's service and product offerings.

Responsibilities
Cultivate and manage senior relationships at key target accounts
Navigate complex multinational battery organizations and joint venture environment capital investments processes
Engage in strategic discussions with senior management to further develop Titan’s service and product offering and develop market strategies
Engage strategic accounts and channel partners to deliver recurring Saas contracts
Manage deal negotiation process
Manage customer relationships during implementation and service delivery
Grow post-sales account relationships to ensure highest value of service to the customer and recurring revenue growth
Qualification
Required
Proven record of negotiating and growing multi-year contracts with multi-national entities in the energy storage or EV battery manufacturing industry
Highly organized and effective relationship building strategies across multiple stakeholder levels
Large network of existing industry contacts and relationships in our target markets
Capable of engaging in value proposition discussions tailored to the needs of multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Experience selling SaaS or usage-based subscription models within industrial, automation, or manufacturing environments, with the ability to educate customers unfamiliar with these models
Highly skilled at navigating large organization capital allocation processes
Demonstrated ability to collaborate internally across multiple stakeholder groups to gain the best outcomes strategically and operationally for the company
Engineering degree or broad knowledge of manufacturing and manufacturing process improvement techniques, materials (battery) science, ultrasound science, statistics, data science and algorithm development and software engineering is helpful
Business or economics degree is helpful
Ability to work in-person is preferred
