Responsibilities

Lead Team to Success: You will develop a sales strategy that provides direction for the team to execute on quarterly and annual targets
Negotiate Contracts: You'll collaborate with your team to negotiate contracts with financial institutions to help them use our payment processing services
Obsess about Customers: You'll ensure that the team is up to speed on all Visa has to offer to proactively pitch compelling solution sets that will help your clients maximize their payment portfolios
Drive Innovation into the Market: You'll play a key role in influencing marketing and product development initiatives based on your market intelligence. The leader will also be responsible for launching new products in your territory
Lead Courageously: You’ll use your expertise to contribute to the development of the overall functional strategy & annual goals and coach & mentor your team to lift the performance of the entire VAS organization

Required

12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 10 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA /JD/MD), or a minimum of 5 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred

15 or more years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 12 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, or MD), PhD with 9+ years of experience
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving growth
Prior track record in leading/ managing a high performing team
You have expert ability to develop and nurture new business partnerships
Proven strength in building trust with senior executives within client organizations
Expertise in negotiating business agreements, with a strong understanding of financial controls and the legal aspects of contract management
Exceptional skills in proactively building strong internal and cross-functional relationships
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
