Responsibilities
Research city tourism boards, cultural affairs offices, creative economy programs, festivals, and aligned institutions (NYC & Miami)
Identify decision-makers and budget holders (titles matter)
Build and maintain a clean outreach tracker (Google Sheets)
Draft concise, professional intro-request emails (templates provided)
Coordinate calendars and schedule meetings
Track responses and follow-ups
