ServiceNow Senior ITSM Consultant
JPS Tech Solutions is seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Senior ITSM Consultant to design, implement, and support IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules and a strong understanding of ITIL processes.

Responsibilities
Implement, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions
Configure workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and notifications
Support integrations with third-party tools using REST/SOAP APIs where required
Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
Create technical and functional documentation for implemented solutions
Provide post-implementation support and user training
Ensure solutions follow ITIL and ServiceNow best practices
Qualification
Required
10+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices
Proficiency in workflow configuration, scripting, and automation within ServiceNow
Experience with integration tools and APIs (REST/SOAP)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
