Responsibilities

Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage expectations
Must understand how to recruit passive candidates and possess the ability to assess organizational fit as well as candidate motivations…rather than selling a role
Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market outreach and on-going relationship management; conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates and demonstrate the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences
Manage the overall recruitment process in a detailed and accurate fashion including:
Documentation of interviews, compensation information & candidate feedback
Adherence to a multi-step interview & assessment process
Acknowledging & reinforcing Hiring Manager budgets, hiring forecast dates & compensation guidelines
Identify the right people, with the right skills, in the right place at the right time

Required

5+ years of overall recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting
3+ years' experience in IT/Technical Recruiting
Ability to be engaging, assertive and persistent within a dynamic, high growth environment
Understand the vision, appreciate the culture and can convey why we do what we do
Experience working with recruiting and HCM tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems, resume databases, internet sourcing tools and complex spreadsheets

Preferred

Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred
Last but not least, a sense of humor is a must
