Required

Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry

6–8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3–5 years in a remote management role with senior/staff engineers

Strong technical background in distributed systems or databases and modern software development practices

Experience managing in both startup and enterprise environments, able to establish structure without bureaucracy

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills across remote and cross-functional contexts

Preferred

Experience with Rust, Go, or systems programming languages
