Responsibilities
Lead design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions across Global Risk Management
Develop predictive and prescriptive models for market forecasting, investment risk, insurance risk, and customer protection
Apply advanced mathematical and statistical techniques to build scalable AI models
Analyze structured and unstructured data, including text, news, and alternative data sources
Validate, benchmark, and improve existing AI models using alternative computational approaches
Translate complex analytical results into actionable business insights
Ensure model governance, monitoring, and compliance with enterprise risk standards
Collaborate with global, cross-functional business and technology teams
Mentor and guide junior data scientists and analysts
Support innovation and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Master's or PhD in Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Probability, or related quantitative field
10+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, quantitative modeling, or advanced analytics
Expertise in optimization, SGD, Bayesian, and probabilistic methods
Expert proficiency in Python
Strong experience with C#
Proven experience developing and deploying production-level AI/ML models
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience working within risk, compliance, and governance frameworks
Preferred
Experience with ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar
Background in financial services, risk management, insurance, or investment domains
Knowledge of model risk management, validation, or governance processes
Experience working with or leading global teams
