Responsibilities
Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close; ensure accurate GAAP financials
Lead cost accounting, including standard costing, inventory valuation, and variance analysis
Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to improve gross margin visibility and inventory controls
Prepare management reporting, budgeting, and forecast support
Strengthen internal controls and accounting processes in a PE-backed environment
Manage audits, tax coordination, and external reporting
Oversee working capital, cash management, AP/AR, and inventory accuracy
Qualification
Required
CPA required with strong manufacturing cost accounting & inventory experience
7+ years of manufacturing accounting experience required
Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance; CPA A MUST!
7+ years of progressive accounting experience in manufacturing
Proven leadership experience with direct reports
Deep knowledge of standard costing, inventory, and manufacturing finance
ERP experience in a manufacturing environment
Preferred
PE-backed company experience preferred
Sage300 a plus
