Experience in Training and Sales Management, with the capability to mentor and support team members
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence in customer interactions
High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in retail or jewelry sales is a plus
Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
