Responsibilities
Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities within assigned territories
Build and nurture strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients
Lead discovery conversations to uncover client challenges and business goals
Present Phoenix Business Consulting’s solutions in a strategic, consultative way
Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and delivery
Manage pipeline activity, forecasting, and CRM reporting
Represent Phoenix Business Consulting at client meetings, networking events, and industry functions
Qualification
Required
Experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development
Strong communication skills with a confident, professional presence
A relationship-focused mindset and passion for solving business problems
Self-motivation, organization, and comfort managing a full sales cycle
Ability to thrive in a goal-driven, collaborative environment
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales best practices
