Responsibilities

Oversee CRE property and Business Broker transactions

Provide expert real estate knowledge to agents

Assist clients in the sale, purchase, and leasing of properties

Develop lasting client relationships

Overseeing Non-NAR Commercial Real Estate Agents and Business Brokers

Conducting market analysis

Advising clients on price

Marketing listings

Negotiating contracts to close commercial real estate deals and business brokerage transactions efficiently

Required

Expertise in Brokerage and Real Estate operations - specific to Commercial and/or Business Brokering

Familiar with all CRE asset classes - Retail, Office, Multifamily, Industrial, Land

Proven ability in Customer Service and building client relationships

Ability to coach and manage independent contractor CRE Agents and Business Brokers

Strong Sales and negotiation skills

Knowledge of CRE Property laws, regulations, and market trends

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

A valid Broker or Associate Broker real estate license in any state in the United States

Experience with digital tools and technology platforms for commercial real estate operations

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a hybrid setting

Preferred

Knowledge of Business Brokering and Franchise sales is a plus but not required

Current Managing Broker, Principal Broker or Team Leaders are a plus but not required
