Responsibilities
Lead electrical projects from preconstruction handoff through final completion and closeout
Partner with customers, general contractors, and internal teams to define scopes, solve problems, and build long-term relationships based on trust
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and cash flow
Oversee procurement, subcontracts, change management, and cost control
Coordinate closely with field leadership to ensure labor efficiency, safety, and quality execution
Identify risks early and proactively develop solutions to keep projects on track
Mentor and support project engineers and junior project managers — leadership and development are part of the role
Contribute to process improvement and help shape how we deliver work as the company grows
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience managing commercial electrical projects
Understand electrical systems, drawings, specifications, and means & methods
Communicate clearly and confidently with clients, field teams, and leadership
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities without losing focus
Strong financial acumen — budgets, forecasting, change orders, and cost tracking are second nature
Thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment
Believe that doing excellent work and doing the right thing should always go hand in hand
Preferred
Experience with Accubid, Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction software
